January/February 2008
Its a New Year filled with amazing and wonderful promises from God! The fact that the '8' in 2008 signifies ...'New Beginnings' really thrills my heart! I am anticipating GREAT THINGS not only for myself and LMM but for all of the partners and friends of LMM.
The year began with some chilly days .. snow, ice and a little sunshine! Its Krissies final 6 months in Middle School and she has purposed to really enjoy it! She is doing extremely well and is an excellent student!

March
South Africa
I felt it necessary to make a trip to South Africa as it was my mom's 84th Birthday and my birthday at the end of the month. I had not celebrated mom's Birthday with her for 6 years! I also planned to spend some much needed time with Joshie and his fiancé Tara Stewart. Yes .. my son is engaged and I am so happy! Joshie fell in love with Tara when she was 12 and he was fourteen, so they have actually 'liked' each other for 10 years! I am so glad I did not know the depths of the 'liking' or the 'paddle' would have been out? I am excited about this engagement and looking forward to the wedding in September.
On my arrival in Johannesburg I was met by Tara! She was beaming from ear to ear and I had a good look at her lovely ring! Joshie had planned a birthday dinner for me that night and the weekend away at the Mahalanga Lodge just outside of Pretoria. What a welcome home!

My handsome son Joshua and his beautiful fiancé Tara Stewart
Mom and I enjoyed our Birthday Celebrations together and on the Saturday all my special friends and family gave me a breakfast party at the Michelangelo in Sandton (I miss them so much!). We laughed and cried together and ate far more than we needed! This is the first trip home that I did not minister but made it solely for family and friends! God is faithful to blesses us at all times!

April
Phoenix - Arizona
At the end of April I traveled to Phoenix, Arizona to speak at the New Joy Ministries women's conference 'The Wind of His Spirit'. Others speakers were June Evans and Penny Sheahan. We had a glorious time! I really felt led to speak about the Breath of Life we receive when we are born again and the infilling of the Holy Spirit. A number of ladies were in attendance from The Dream Center and they were ALL filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke in tongues! It was so powerful .. this seems to be something the Lord is emphasizing in my ministry at this time.

My hosts, Pastors Jack and Carol Durant Morning meeting!

Pastor Carol Durant, June Evans, Penny Sheahan, Victoria Colmenero. Some of the lovely ladies!
On the Sunday I was guest speaker at Miracle Life and Worship Center, Phoenix for Pastor Pat Massano. I was hosted by Peter and Stephanie Samra who are old friends. Peter came to the Lord many years ago when I was still at Rhema in Tulsa. He has a wonderful ministry and is presently building churches across South Africa www.petesamraministries.com I preached about 'YES LORD' and encouraged the congregation to stop procrastination and to LIVE for God 100%. It was great! I also met another Pastor from Uganda who happens to be related to Florence and Joseph Kaweesa .. its a very small world!

Phoenix suburb .. at sunset, no grass! Welcome!

Preaching and truly loving it!

Leesburg - Women's Aglow
I returned from Phoenix to be blessed to speak at the Leesburg Women's Aglow meeting having been invited by Ruth Trumbo. It was a lovely opportunity and I enjoyed share my heart about the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Ruth Trumbo and I.
May the 10th was National Day of Prayer. My friend Beth invited me to join her at the Magistrate Offices in Leesburg for the meeting where I got to meet the Mayoress of Leesburg. It was a significant day and it blesses me to see this day has been set aside Nationally for Christians to come together and pray for America and its leadership.
For the Loudoun County Awakening Beth had also organized for all the churches to participate in a marathon Bible Reading - 24/7 until the whole Bible was read from Genesis to Revelation! It was a stunning success and many people, families, leaders participated. I read on Saturday morning just when Revelation had been completed as I was in Arizona at the time. I got to read Isaiah 61 ... I could feel the Presence of the Holy Spirit as my voice rang out over the lawns of the courthouse for all to hear... in the center of the city of Leesburg! Something very significant happened that week and you cold feel it in the atmosphere.

Leesburg Courthouse in the center of Leesburg City! My 'read', Isaiah 61 .. what else?

I took this pic so you can see how it worked! National Day of Prayer with the Mayoress Praying!

UGANDA - HALLELUJAH!!
I received a call from Pastor Kathy and she asked me if I was sitting down!! At the time I was in an underground parking lot with my friend Beth LaRock (pic above) so I urged her to give me the news anyway! She yelled out at me that a wonderful check of $30 000 had been sown into the purchase of land for Joseph's House in Uganda! I yelled out with her in sheer delight! It's wonderful when you KNOW God is in the plan! I don't think my reaction was as wonderful as Pastor Joseph and Florence's at the stunning news as they have been through some really tough times stretching their faith for this very special news!
Pastor Joseph and Florence got to work immediately, and within a month this beautiful piece of land of 5.5 acres was purchased, and all the papers are now in hand! He has actively begun clearing the land is now fenced. It won't be long and the building of JOSEPH'S HOUSE will begin!
This has been a miracle to see the Lord put it together step by step! Glory to God!
Pastor Joseph and Florence on the right. What a blessing!

UK - May 7th - 12th
I left for the UK on May 7th to speak in the 'Resonating Freedom' Women's Conference, for City Gates Christian Center, Essex. It was an exciting time for me as I was returning for the second time to be with dear friends who were hungry and thirsty for what God had prepared for them and also to be with Julia and Steve whom I have come to respect and love as leaders in the UK! City Gates Christian Center is growing in leaps and bounds with great things on the horizon!

Pastor Julia Derbyshire and I. My dear friend Val Thompson, worship leaders City Gates
The meeting began on Saturday morning with Julie from Teen Challenge sharing her testimony about how God had called her to reach the young prostitutes on the street of the UK. She had brought one of the young ladies with her also to share about how Jesus had changed her life completely! She had been forced into prostitution to support her drug habit and had been working the streets of London for a number of years and she is only 19? My heart went out to these two beautiful women as I remember how at the age of 19 I had worked for a company in Greenside Johannesburg that was beneath the Teen Challenge offices. I met a number of the young men who had been delivered miraculously and instantly by the Lord from serious drugs such as LSD, Heroin and others! Dave Owen, Brian Engelbrecht and Brian Gibson to name a few! Ray had worked with Teen Challenge sharing his testimony whenever he was invited and we had held a number of fund raising events to support these guys! So it felt really good to be in touch with Teen Challenge once again! Julie has now purchased a large Recreation Vehicle (RV) that she uses as a base from which to preach the gospel in the local areas of London and the UK and many of these precious young women are coming to Christ ..YES!

With the ladies of Teen Challenge, UK. Val leading worship with the worship team!
Then it was my turn to speak and I was so pumped up about the amazing 'Freedom' we are called to when we come to Christ! We cannot earn it but it is a 'FREE GIFT' purchased by Jesus our Savior on the cross at Calvary, so that we can be TRULY FREE! Free to dance, free to sing, free to 'live'! HE makes us FREE! Salvation includes everything we could EVER NEED .. healing, deliverance, peace of mind, provision, joy, wisdom, love .. it comes to you through salvation, through the cross and a gift purchased by Christ! We as believers have a right to walk in it and 'live' in it! But not to keep it for ourselves only, but to share it with others and helping them to come into this rich freedom in Christ!

With some of the girls. Praying for one of the ladies.
The second session was in the afternoon after some wonderful items which really blessed us all. Here I spoke about the powerful ministry of the Holy Spirit in our lives. How we need to consider him 'Holy' Spirit and live our lives accordingly! True 'Freedom' is to walk with Him, talk with Him give HIM free reign in our lives! No limitations, no inhibitions but just victory in action as the Holy Spirit works the Fathers will in us! I called for those who were not 'free' in their prayers language and many came forward. Some had never received the infilling of the Holy Spirit. So I prayed and all Heaven broke loose .. we had the time of our lives! Women were healed, delivered and empowered by the HS bringing joy, peace and love in abundance into the that meeting! It was awesome!!
On the Sunday morning Pastor Steve Derbyshire invited me to speak in both morning services. I love these opportunities as I have a Pastors heart and I miss not having my own congregation! We had a wonderful time and the people were so very blessed. A number came to the Lord and I prayed for many others. What a great blessing! As my mom is English I seem to think my heritage comes out of me when I minister in the UK .. I love it!

The services are packed!
On Friday I was blessed with a special lunch with my dearest friend Erica Goodman. We have done so many conferences together over the years and I had lost touch with her. This is a new beginning and I will be speaking for her ladies in August.

My wonderful friends Julia Debyshire and Erica Goodman
Sunday afternoon Pastor Steve, Julia and I attended Global Day Of Prayer. As I was away from Leesburg and unable to be involved having been invited to 'Pray for the Word', I felt a little sad. But this invitation came through and I was very excited to attend the day in the UK. It was a great day, about 20 000 in attendance and I do believe much was accomplished in UNITY in the Body Of Christ in the UK. The program was lovely and the people all very excited to be there.

Pastors Steve and Julia Derbyshire - Global Day Of Prayer!
I returned to the US on Monday feeling very blessed at how the Lord has used me to bless the church!
My friends Les and Harvey Campbell who were Personal Assistants to Fred and Nellie Roberts for many years, came to preach in Leesburg, so Krissy and I went along to hear! Harvey's message really touched my heart. It was about when Jesus cursed the Fig Tree? I always wondered why He did that as He could have spoken life over it, and fruit would have grown! But then the message was about disappointment and how Jesus was disappointed that there was NO FRUIT on the tree, so he cursed it! We have to do that with things in our lives that bear no good fruit and bring us great disappointment, we have to curse it and let it die. The special thing that spoke to my heart is that it only took the tree 24 hours to die .. so there is a dying process which is painful, but in the end if it is fruitless we have to let it die! We obviously don't curse people but things in our lives, things that need to die! The disappointments, the hurts, the painful things .. let them die!

Krissy and I with Lesley and Harvey and Pastors of Genesis Church, Sterling.
June
It's the end of the school year for Krissy and I am very proud to say that she attained the Presidents Award for obtaining over 93% in all her subjects for 3 years in a row in Middle School,! Next year she goes to High School.... What a girl ! She also had her final dance recital which I thoroughly enjoyed!
We decided to make a very necessary trip to Tampa to see some precious friends and especially to spend time with Pastor Rodney and Adonica. They were busy with The Great Awakening Tour in Hampshire New England so we stayed for two nights with Pastor Jane Hillman and we talked into the we hours of the morning about her trip with me to South Africa in 2005, and what a wonderful time we had! I also got to spend time with a another very special friend Eileen Austin who is a Professor at the University of South Florida. Her family have been so good to Krissy and I. On Saturday we moved to Brooksville to be with the Howard-Browne’s at The Manor. What a wonderful time Krissy and I spent ... eating, laughing, crying, .. just rich fellowship with very special friends.

A special friend Dr. Eileen Austin. Pastor Jane McDonough (Hillman) my very dear friend and Board Member of Lyndie McCauley Ministries, USA.
On Sunday it was like 'homecoming' at The River with Pastor Rodney preaching a very powerful word about 'My Father, The covenant names of God'. I was SO blessed! Rodney preaches the Word and he also welcomes the ministry of the Holy Spirit. How can we not do that as believers? The River is a church where people can be Born Again, filled with the Holy Spirit, healed, delivered and set free from all the burdens this world has to offer. So many churches compromise the Word to satisfy persecution or to be acceptable to the world? How ridiculous? ... I'm preaching now!!
You cannot live without the Presence of God .. rich and full in your life. How can you think that its OK to leave the dynamic ministry of the Holy Spirit out of the services? After all HE is the Comforter, Counselor, Intercessory, Standby Teacher and Advocate! His ministry is VITAL! Yes people do stupid things in the name of the Holy Spirit, and they always will, but it will NEVER NULLIFY the Bible counsel and true PRESENCE of the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
Needless to say we had a wonderful time of fellowship and ministry at The River. Krissy and I stayed at The Manor where we were royally treated by Pastor Rodney and Adonica who are family to us.
Please visit the website and see the wonderful ministry of Rodney and Adonica and 'The Great Awakening' tour across the USA ..... www.revival.com

I was blessed recently to forward a book written by a special friend of mine Cindy Stanley. It titled 'Innocent Blood' and is a testimony of the delivering and healing power of Jesus 'Innocent Blood' shed for us!

July
Summer Holidays are here and Krissy prepares for her holiday in South Africa, while prepare for a very busy four months ahead. What an exiting year this has been up to now!
August
In August I was invited to speak in the 'Moving Forward' Women's Conference at Trinity Christian Center in Forest Hill, Louisiana. Pastor Dave and Yvonne Remedios are the Pastors and from the moment I met them I was completely at ease with regard to ministry.
It was quite amazing how this came into being. I met Ilze Botha on facebook and she shared how her mom and dad had moved to the US a number of years ago and that they had attended Rhema South Africa and been pretty involved in many areas of ministry! This really excited me and before I knew it I had been invited to speak at their church!!

On the Saturday I shared a two part message about being fully prepared to do what is necessary to 'Move Forward'! You cannot move forward dragging all the baggage with you? God's plan is to bless and prosper everything we put our hands to so we need to be expectant, excited and fully alert in times like this. On Sunday I shared how important it is that we walk in the Spirit and obey the Word of God. That there cannot be any areas in our lives that are not dealt with correctly so that we can be completely fruitful!
There were many highlights but I was mostly blessed by those who wanted a breakthrough in their prayer language which they certainly received!

The Bothas and on the right Mike. Pastors Dave and Yvonne.
On returning home I received a large box of 'pies' .... Cornish, Steak and Kidney and a good load of Boerewors!! Nothing like spending time with family!!
I look forward to returning to Louisiana in January.
UK - V2V Conference - 'Behold I do a New Thing'!
The last week of August I traveled to the UK to speak at the 'Women of Excellence' Conference hosted by my very special friend Pastor Erica Goodman. It was wonderful to see Dr. Wanda Turner, and Que English again. Dr. Turner had spoken for me at Rhema and Que English had been with us when we hosted T. D. Jakes.

My dear friends, Erica and Sue Rossenrode (who worked with me for many years!)

With Mike King ... she can sing!
I also met JoAnne Washington and Pastor Vanessa for the first time. The theme of the conference was 'Behold I do a New Thing' ... God is always busy at work in our lives if we will let Him. I spoke about the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives and being hungry to progress God's way in everything we do. For me the highlight was Erica's message on 'Scars'! What a powerful message about dealing with our issues and actually being ruthless with the things that hold us back from progressing in God. We prayed for all of the ladies and many were delivered and healed.
I also got to visit with some very special people in my life, Sue Rosenrode and Wendy (Millin) Howson. We had a great time of fellowship with some tears and many good laughs.
September
On the 12th Krissy and I flew to South Africa for a very special occasion! My son Joshie and his Fiance Tara were getting married on the 20th. Krissy was a bridesmaid so a lot of things needed to be done before the wedding! We celebrated with Tara's family and my family and on Saturday the 14th we attended Tara's Kitchen Tea. She got many beautiful gifts and we ate so much cake and drank tea till it was coming out of our ears! Oh what its like to be home!!!!
On Saturday morning the 20th we were up early getting the final preparations done. My mom had made and iced the most beautiful wedding cake which thrilled Joshie and he could not stop talking about it! We arrived at 'Summer Place' for the ceremony which was followed by the special reception. I will never forget this day, Tara was the most beautiful bride I have ever seen, and my son Joshie was as handsome as ever! Mother's pride and joy! I have gained a lovely daughter in-law and I am sure it won't be to long and there will be little 'Macs' running around!

October
I have been on the Board of the Loudoun County Church Alliance for three years and they asked me to start a ministry to woman. At the end of October the Loudoun County Women's Outreach was launched. What a blessing! We started our first meeting with a group of 7 lovely ladies, all hungry for God's Word and very excited! The Lord lead me to teach about 'The Amazing Living Word Of God'. Gods Word will NEVER fail or pass away, it will stand the test of time! The second week I taught on 'Your Word and God's Word' are you speaking life? These are great foundations for any new group and I am blessed to announce that in three weeks we have almost tripled in ladies attending the group! We have seen the Lord answer prayer, and bless those who have been coming. Salvations, Infilling of the Holy Spirit, family testimonies, character changes, ... its been so special! The Lord has also sent us a wonderful worship leader in Anthea, my Aussie friend! I shall be loading some pics shortly.
November
The bible study continues to be bless and grow. This past week one of the ladies received the infilling of the Holy Spirit on her way home in her car! God is good! We celebrated our 'Thanksgiving' evening with communion and testimonies about why we are thankful! It was a very special time of fellowship and ministry. JoAnn LaRock is hosing us at her home in Hamilton and we are always welcome and have great fellowship after the meeting!

My beautiful Loudoun Ladies!
Krissy and I were invite by Robert and Joyce Ricciardelli to join them on a sail on Cheasapeak Bay on the 'Liberty Schooner'. Wow ... it was awesome! The day was cool and I did not know that the boat was owned by Philip and Sharon DuPlessis as South African couple, they are using the boat as a outreach tool. Well I could not pass up this opportunity so I invited my special life long friend Carol Flack (Mundy) to join Krissy and I. We were so blessed! Krissy got to sail the boat and it was a trip of a lifetime!

'Near .. far .. wherever you are ...'

I met two ladies on a trip back to the US four years ago. They told me that their brother had planted a church in Louisville, Kentucky and that I must contact him. I did and hence the invitation to Kentucky four years later!!
Saturday 22nd I arrived in Louisville with Pastor Tim and Julie Edwards of Grace Fellowship, LaGrange there to meet me and we never stopped talking, until I left on Sunday! We had lunch then they dropped me off at Peter and Dyllis Rahmes house where I was staying for the weekend. It was wonderful to see them again. Peter and Dyllis were members of Rhema for many years. Peter headed our street evangelism and Dyllis was secretary to Ray. We spoke for hours of the mighty things God had done and continues to do in our lives.
We left for the Saturday service and I was very blessed to have Pastor Brooke Butcher from Family Worship Center join us along with Anne Pretorious aslo a Rhema SA baby!! The meeting was wonderful and I spoke about the vital need for us to 'Be Strong In The Lord' - in the times in which we live that we must not be needy Christians but determined in our hearts to be overcomers NOW in THIS life! No matter what our circumstances are or what comes against us, we MUST keep our eyes on Jesus and walk in faith. I prayed for a number of folk and the Lord blessed them. It was a good meeting and the Word was powerful.
After the meeting Peter and Dyllis had prepared the most wonderful Lebanese meal for us! I felt as though I was home in South Africa once again! Peter had also made biltong for me which was out of this world!

Pst Brooke Butcher, Bradley Rahme, Peter Rahme and Baby Simone, Anne Pretorious and Bradley's lovely wife. Pastor Tim and Julie Edwards and Dyllis Rahme, Joshua Edwards.
Sunday am service was so awesome! Two other South African families came to hear me preach! I have come to realize that I have 'children' all over the world, and I am reconnecting every meeting I am invited to do! I preached the message 'Yes Lord' and encourage the congregation to always say 'Yes' to Jesus and 'No' to distractions and obviously to the flesh. Our 'Yes' to God brings blessing. I prayed for a number of people and had words of encouragement for them. It was a really lovely service and we had a special time in the Lord together. I hope to return in the early new year. Pastor Tim has a powerful testimony and a passion for souls.

Preaching! Laying hands and praying!

A number of us had been talking about 'The great Awakening Tour' with Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne and felt that we needed to train some 'Soul Winners' for Loudoun County. Pastor Jeff Jacob of Word of Life Church offered to host the event. I asked Pastor Rodney if he would help us and send us one of his 'best' to do the training he was thrilled to help us and sent David Larsen who was a HUGE blessing to us. We began on Thursday and ended Saturday. Needless to say it was the COLDEST weekend in Loudoun this winter but the fire of God was burning!! 119 folk were trained, 6 churches participated and over the weekend we had over 360 people come to the Lord .. in 9F (-7 C) degrees!! It was AWESOME and another training program is being planned.

Saturday morning training session. Pastor Jeffs team .. they are on fire!!
This was one of the forerunner training sessions for 'The Great Awakening Tour', Washington, DC 9/11 - 2009!
Ladies Outreach is AWESOME! God is answering all of our prayers! New ladies continue to visit and give their lives to the Lord and get filled with the Holy Ghost! I am falling in love with each and everyone of them as we press in to what God has for us. I have been teaching on Faith, Who you are in Christ, Ministry of the Holy Spirit in our lives and soon I am beginning a series on 'Prayer' .. GLORY!
December 19 - 20
I traveled to Statesboro Georgia to preach for my new friends Pastor Ronnie and JoAnn Washington. Que English also came and we had the most wonderful time of powerful ministry! The church had just moved into their new facilities where JoAnn had written faith scriptures all over the floor with regard to the carpets etc. It was amazing and reminded me of HOW POWERFUL simple acts of our faith is, when its 'working'! Que preached a dynamic message on the Friday and they were so hungry! My heart was stirred by the desire to challenge every church member to become a 'soulwinner' .. we had the most glorious time! I prayed for all the adults and teenagers for a strong anointing on their lives to be witnesses and win their city to the Lord.
