Upon graduating from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1984, Kathy became a member of Faith Fellowship World Outreach Center. While there for 12 years, Kathy developed and taught courses in the Advanced Christian Training School and the School of Ministry. She also conducted services at the Healing and Victory School from 1991-1994, ministering as well in local churches. 

 

In January of 1998 she established House of Hope Bible Church in Jamesburg, NJ, where she currently serves as Senior Pastor.  Her heavenly mandate is to bring people into an ever-increasing knowledge of the tangible presence and power of God that can transform their lives. The message of Jesus Christ is one that seeks to propel us into supernatural living and intimacy with God. Kathy, her husband Mike, and their two children reside in Cranbury, NJ."



Dr. Faith Fredrick
President - Faith Christian University Orlando, Florida

Dr. Faith Fredrick is the founder and president of Faith Christian University in Orlando, Florida. This story is one of great restoration and truly “what the devil meant for evil God meant for good! 

During Dr. Fredrick’s teenage years, she experienced a dynamic encounter with the Holy Spirit and from that time, the call to minister through the word and music has been the central focus of her life.

As a very young woman, she met and married an evangelist and for many years they traveled throughout the United States ministering in evangelism through music and preaching. After several years of marriage, God blessed Faith with three very talented daughters.  As a family they shared the joy of ministering in music, recording several musical albums and made numerous appearances on PTL and Pat Robertson’s CBN.

Following 28 years of marriage and fruitful ministry, this family was disrupted by a dramatic turn of unexpected choices that soon led to divorce.  Through the trauma of divorce this mother soon recognized that there was more at stake than the destruction of this family unit as it had been known, but she recognized that the enemy had a larger plan and that was to “rob, kill and destroy,” the destiny and eternal purpose that was in each of these daughters.

Faced with that challenge and a mandate of the Holy Spirit she purposed with great determination to turn around the devastation of heartbreak and divorce to victory!  She enrolled at Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and began to experience the revelation of God’s Word.  This journey also included a wonderful man full of faith and integrity, with a deep love for God, and for Faith and her children.

In 1996, they founded Faith Christian University offering Bible and Ministry Instruction and Training in a dynamic, anointed, word of faith environment.  This mission has now lead to a complete online program that will reach around the nation and the world.  Through their new web-based virtual university called, FCU LIVE ONLINE, the student is brought into the classroom to view the same anointed instruction anytime/anywhere, 24/7.

All three of her daughters are in full time ministry with their husbands.  The oldest daughter, Marvelyne Adams, pastors with her husband in Sarasota, Florida and is an accomplished worship leader and songwriter.  Mary Alessi pastors with her husband in Miami, Florida and has just completed her 2^nd ‘live’ worship CD at Covenant Church in Dallas, Texas with Mike and Kathy Hayes.  Martha Munizzi is a singer/songwriter and travels fulltime with her husband in ministry.  Her songs, Say the Name, Because of Who You Are, Glorious + many others are sung throughout the world.  It can truly be said of this family “what the devil meant for evil God turned into good.”

Faith brings to the pulpit a great diversity of ministry and teaching experience. You will enjoy her dynamically anointed and very direct teaching.

A visionary and a committed wife to Dr Jimmy Crompton, the founder and senior Pastor of Word of Faith Christian Center, has placed Mariana not only in the position as a woman able to support her husband in his ministry but also one who loves to flow in what God has called her to be. Her ‘what you see is what you get’ personality makes her a very approachable and dependable woman.  She has the ability to stand against any attack of the devil, quoting the Word of God as her shield until she has victory.

Mariana’s enthusiasm for the successful completion of what is started enables her to hear what God wants her to hear and to have the ability to act in wisdom fulfilling His vision. That is one of the reasons why Word of Faith Christian Center has a successful G12 cell system of more than 210 cell groups and a membership of more than 2500 people. Training and equipping all leaders is an essential part of her ministry.

Being a resourceful and practical teacher and a wonderful Bible based preacher she also heads up a very successful Women’s Network in Word of Faith.

She carries the anointing of a Godly and confident leader. When ministering at a huge conference in Uganda the people said that she is the new Daisy Osborne and at a conference in the UK they called her the second Gloria Copeland.  She taught and trained more than a thousand workers in the Ukraine and lectures at Word of Faith Bible College, marriage weekends, women’s camps, various churches in South Africa, Africa and across the world and is known for her clear and powerful perspective.

Mariana’s passion for souls led her to open five Project Hope branches where hundreds of underprivileged children are fed and taught the Word of God.

  
Pastor Joan Hendricks
Crystal Tabernacle Aeroton, Johannesburg

Married to Carl Hendricks, in 1985 and have three children namely, Xavier, Evangelique and Jesse. In 1992, led by the Holy Spirit, Pastors Carl & Joan Hendricks founded Crystal Ministries. Their vision was to build a house of God that would build hope to a disadvantaged community, and that they where to serve the good news of Gods love and Mercy. From the very moment that Crystal Ministries started, attention was given to the needs and priorities of the most vulnerable in  our society namely : children and women. 

 “Our hearts are focussed and our gazes fixed; to be strong, yet comforting, firm yet forgiving.  To show  that women are trustworthy.”

This is the philosophy that  Joan Hendricks has adopted to motivate and inspire the women’s ministry that she spearheads.  She is a strong, talented and committed Christian lady. From the outset Joan had the vision to build a ministry for women that will uplift and empower; not only in terms of the teachings of the Holy book, but also as far as worldly matters  concern and affect their lives and well-being on a daily basis.

Joan is a person of enormous dignity and presence. She has lived through the birth pains and trauma of struggle.  A struggle not only restricting women in church, but a struggle of woman’s emancipation.  Religion for Joan is, however more than talk about God, it has to do with living a life of responsibility and liberation.

For Joan, prayer is the most ancient, most universal, and most intensive expression of the religious instinct. Prayer is her vital breath and native air.  She is a woman who has insight into spiritual things. She is able to interpret that which is written by the finger of God upon the walls of conscience.  A woman of courage  of the highest order – always moral courage and often physical courage as well.  A courage without fear or discouragement, a woman of sincerity & great personal integrity, a transparent character, open & honest. 

Throughout her ministry one can hear these words from her ‘the God of heaven will give us success” [Nehemiah 2:20] “the joy of the Lord is your strength” [Nehemiah 8:10] ‘let us start building” [Nehemiah 2:18] “Our God shall fight for us” [Nehemiah 4:20]   Like Nehemiah, Joan is concerned with the welfare of others, to such an extent that even enemies of the cross notice it [Nehemiah 2:10] As Nehemiah of old she is uncommonly empathetic.  She will listen to grievances and takes remedial action [Nehemiah 4:10-14] As a realist  she understands the mechanics of the real world.  She will “pray to God and post a guard day and night” [Nehemiah 4:9]  She institutes the authority of the Word of God in the lives of her people [Nehemiah 8:1-8]
