Charissa Cross             

     Charissa is 26 years old, she was born in Johannesburg. From a young age she displayed a love for music and singing and would sit in her room and work out harmonies to her favourite songs.

     In 1998 she decided to go for Vocal training at Kyle Adcock School of singing. At the same time she joined the Rhema Choir and took part in the last 2 Praise Africa CD's that were recorded. Charissa completed the Rhema Academy of Creative Ministry diloma. She received Grade 2 Thjeory of music with the associated board of the Royal School of Music. She also studied Guitar and Drums, Vocal development, Leadershhip, prophetic development, song writing, basics and Worship lifestyle. At the end of 1999 Charissa attended Rhema Bible Training Centre where she helped to lead worship for the Training Centre.  She then joined a smaller church where she helped to lead Praise and Worship. Charissa has been blessed with a wonderful gift to write her own songs, and share them through a CD with others. At present she continue her voice training with Liz Pass.

     Super Human Productions offered to help her record her first CD which wa launched on 27th May 2006. 

     Charissa's music has a jazz feel to it. The kind of music you can listen to over and over again. It is refreshing and inspirational. Her lyric's describe her own personal experiences with God. 

     As a person she is warm, has a very strong love and respect for her Creator. She is benevolent, loving, generous and full of affection, she lives her life by high moral values. Her strength reveals her true leadership qualities.
